Chocolate Peppermint Matcha Cups

Preparation time: 20 mins plus freezing time

Ingredients:

2 packets Slim Secrets Choc Love Bites Dark Choc Mint
100g coconut cream (discard water you only want the creamy part)
20g maple syrup
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbs almond butter (optional)
¼ tsp peppermint essence or 1-2 drops of peppermint oil
1 Slim Secrets Mintabolism Boost Cool Mint Choc Protein Bar

Method

Base:

Melt 1 packet of Dark Chocolate Mint Love Bites over a pot of boiling water. Spoon mixture into the base of 9 small cupcake moulds. Place in the freezer to set while you make the filling.

Filling:

Combine coconut cream, maple syrup, matcha powder, almond butter and peppermint essence in a bowl and mix well until smooth consistency. Remove moulds from the freezer and spoon an equal amount of mixture into each cup. Cut 1 Mintabolism Boost Cool Mint Choc Protein Bar into 10 equal portions. I mixed up my topping and pushed a portion into half of the middle of the cups. Place back in the freezer to set.

Topping:

Melt 1 packet of Dark Chocolate Mint Love Bites over a pot of boiling water. Spoon mixture over the 9 cups. With the remaining cups that don’t already contain a portion of the bar top the cup with the piece of bar.

Return to the freezer to set for approximately 20 mins.


Salted Caramel Dessert

Salted Caramel Dessert

Preparation time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

1 banana sliced
1 Craving Crusher Cookies & Cream Protein Bar
1 Protein Pud - Salted Caramel
1 Fit & Fab Mini Protein Bar – Crème Caramel (chopped into chunks)
1 Choc Love Bites – Protein Milk Chocolate with Salted Caramel (chopped into small pieces)

Directions:

Blend the Craving Crusher till it resembles fine crumbs and place in the bottom of a glass.
Spoon half of the Salted Protein Pud on top of the crumbs and then layer with sliced banana and a sprinkle of Choc Love Bites.
Repeat with Salted Caramel Pud, sliced banana and Choc Love Bites.
Top with Fit & Fab Crème Caramel pieces and shavings of Choc Love Bites

Choc Salted Caramel & Banana Frozen Dessert

Choc Salted Caramel & Banana Frozen Dessert

Preparation time: 15 mins plus freezing time

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter (melted)
1 Craving Crusher Cookies & Cream Protein Bar
1 Protein Pud - Salted Caramel
1 Bare Bar – Double Choc (chopped into small pieces)
1 Choc Love Bites – Protein Milk Chocolate with Salted Caramel (chopped up into small pieces)

Directions:

Blend the Craving Crusher till fine crumbs and add the melted butter.Press mixture into the base of a small ramekin or cup cake wrapper.

Blend the banana and salted caramel pud and spoon over the base. Press in the Double Choc Bare Bar pieces and then place in the freezer.

Once frozen: Melt the Choc love bites over a saucepan of boiling water and spoon over the frozen dessert. Place back in freezer until set and add choc shavings.

Low Carb Chocolate Bark

Low Carb Chocolate Bark

Preparation time 10 mins.

Fridge time 1 hour.

Ingredients:

4 packs Choc Love Bites - Protein Milk Chocolate with Crushed Almonds.
¼ cup pistachio kernels chopped.
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds.
Note: Can use any nuts or seeds as substitutes.

Pour Choc Love Bites into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high in 20 second bursts until chocolate is melted.

Pour melted chocolate onto a tray lined with baking paper.
Spread the chocolate with a knife so that it is evenly dispersed (about 5mm thick).
Sprinkle nuts and seeds on top of the chocolate.
Place in the fridge to set.
Once set, cut into pieces and dig in!


Low Carb Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

SERVES 1

Preparation time: 10 mins. Cooking tome 1.20 mins.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp skim milk (and a little water to thin down if it is too thick)
  • 1 Fit & Fab Choc Peanut Fudge Mini Protein Bar chopped into small pieces
  • A few nuts (optional)

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients in a mug until there are no clumps.
Add in the egg white and milk and mix until smooth.
Add the Fit & Fab Choc Peanut Fudge Bar and any additional nuts.
Microwave for approximately. 1 minute and 20 seconds on high (depending on your microwave wattage). It will start to rise over the cup. If this happens, stop microwaving for a few seconds and then continue.
Once cooked, turn upside down on a plate and add nuts or yoghurt.

 


PROTEIN PANCAKE STACK WITH CHOC COCONUT PUD, BERRIES & NUTS

Serves 4

Preparation time 20 mins.

  • Ingredients:1 ½ cups oats
  • 1 cup wholemeal SR flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Double Choc Bare Bar, chopped
  • 1 Choc Coconut Protein Pud with chia

 

Method

Mix ingredients all together (apart from the protein pud) and cook pancakes in a pan with a bit of coconut oil.
Stack pancakes and spoon over the Choc Coconut Protein Pud with chia.
Top with shredded coconut, berries, and nuts



 


CHUNKY CHEWY BERRIES AND CREAM BLISS

SERVES ONE

  • Half a banana
  • Half a cup of blueberries
  • Half a cup of raspberries
  • Three tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 Slim Secrets Berries and Cream Bare Bar

Method

Simply blend half a banana, half a cup of raspberries and half a cup of blueberries with a few tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt! Top with chunks of Slim Secrets berries and cream bare bar and you're good to go!
