HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, individuals must be:

• Aged 18 years or over;
• Australian or New Zealand residents; and
• Purchase an item from the Slim Secrets range during the promotional period between 1/12/09 to 31/3/2010.

To enter, individuals must then visit www.slimsecrets.com.au follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested customer details including name, address, phone number, email address, a 10 word or less answer to the question "why I love slim secrets?" and the bar code from the product purchased and submit the fully completed entry form by 11.59pm AEDST on 31/3/2010.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entrants must retain original invoices for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Invoice(s) must clearly specify that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Promotion commences on 1/12/09. Final entries close 11.59pm AEDST on 31/3/2010. The prize winner will be decided at Slim Secrets Head Office - PO Box 392, Toorak, Vic 3142, at 2pm AEDST on 15/4/10. All times indicated are AEDST unless specified otherwise. The winner will be notified by a letter in the mail, the letter will outline the method for collection of the prize, the winner will also have their name published in The Australian and New Zealand Herald on the 15/5/2010 and be published on www.SlimSecrets.com.au website for a period of a month starting 16/4/10 until 16/5/10. The prize winner will have 3 months from the decision date to collect the prize (15/4/10-15/7/10), if the prize is not collected by the 1st entry winner, the 2nd entry winner will be notified and will have to collect the prize in the same period and so on until the prize winner has been determined and the prize has been collected.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize

Judges selected by the Promoter (in its absolute and sole discretion) will choose the entry with the most creative ‘10 words or less' answer and that person will be the winner. The winner will win the a health resort package for themselves and a friend comprising of a 5 Day Golden Door Signature Program each at The Golden Door – Elysia economy air flights from the winner's nearest capital city and standard transfers to and from the Golden Door ("the Prize")

The total retail value of the Prize is less than $5000. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner and the winner's guest must travel at the same time. Travel must occur on 5 consecutive days (Sunday – Friday) The Golden Door Resort is closed in the last 2 weeks of December each year and the prize would not be available at this time. Flights are subject to availability.

New Zealand entrants will require a passport in order to travel to Australia.

The Prize does not include spending money or any additional services or expenses which are not listed above. Neither the Prize nor any unused portion thereof is transferable, exchangeable and or redeemable as cash.

Redemption of the prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer.

The winner will have 3 months from the decision date to collect the Prize (15/4/10-15/7/10). The winner will be notified by a letter in the mail which will outline the method for collection of the Prize. The winner will also have their name published in The Australian and New Zealand Herald on the 15/5/2010 and on www.SlimSecrets.com.au website for a period of one month starting 16/4/10 until 16/5/10.

If for any reason, the winner declines to accept the Prize or any part thereof or fails to collect the Prize by 11:59pm on 15/7/09 the winner shall, without need for further notice, be deemed to have forfeited any right title or interest in the Prize.

If the Prize is forfeited, the entry judged by the judges to be the next most creative answer will be deemed to be the winner of the Prize and will be notified as above and will have the same 3 month period from the date of notice within which to claim the Prize (and so on until the Prize winner has been notified and the Prize has been collected.)

If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

Entrants contact details will be used to communicate with them in relation to the competition. They will be stored for the period of the promotion until the prize is announced and will be destroyed thereafter unless the entrant has also elected to join the Slim Secrets Members Club.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian and New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
