Let me fill you in on a little secret...
I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.
Having been on holidays for 2 weeks with my family it was really hard to get back into the swing of “the real world”. However my daughter had been backpacking overseas for the last 6 months and she just returned home safely so it made coming home very exciting!
Whilst I was away I had the opportunity to ponder over 2007 and what I would like to achieve this year.
Did you have the opportunity to also think about what goals/resolutions you would like to make happen?

The lists of goals that you can set are endless and are very personal. We all have different needs, wants and abilities and our goals should reflect all of these.
It is important to set realistic, short-term goals for example drinking more water, eating more fruits and vegetables, snack on healthier alternatives such as SLIM SECRETS products and doing some form of daily exercise.
So how do you make sure you're one of those who succeed? The difference between those who persist and those who throw in the towel is that "stickers" are better prepared for what's in store and don't expect to simply change overnight. - Find something you are passionate about and lend your time
to helping further that cause. Getting involved and making a difference
in the
world is a lot more
positive and productive than wasting your time counting points,
combining foods, journaling each bite eaten and obsessing over your physical
condition. From your
children's school to a neighborhood food pantry and more...there
are organizations in your area that would benefit greatly from
some
of
your time, treasure and
or talents. Lend a hand to someone in need, it will do YOU good!
- Become
more aware of your actions and the ramifications of them. I believe that
we so many things mindlessly without ever stopping
to realize the significance
of what they do to our mind and body. I wish I had a dollar for
every person whom I have helped to realize what their soft-drink
habit
does to their body.
I can tell you dozens of cases of people who simply gave up drinking
